Avila Barn

I'm back, only about a year late, but better late than never. So it has taken me an hour to figure out how to get back on here, but maybe, just maybe, I'll try updating a little more often. No promises. Anyway, we made our trip to Avila Barn again this year to pick our pumpkins. Jerry took Friday off so that we could hit a Dr.'s apt and try to miss the massive weekend crowds. We were successful in everything but acquiring terrific pictures. Here's what we ended up with. Enjoy!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to everybody! The kids were up bright and early. Colton says he heard Santa's sleigh bells last night. They were pretty excited this year. We didn't get Colton's first reaction on camera because he was too quick and made it past me but we did take some video so I thought I would give video posting a try. We'll see. It is bad video because it is so dark but you can hear some oooohs and ahhhhs. Sending our holiday wishes!

Christmas Eve

We tried some self family portraits before church last night. A few turned out o.k. Colton is really a ham for the camera these days. Hannah however, was ticked about the little curlies that I had tied in her hair. She really does not like those things.

X-mas Pics

I'm going to give posting some pics that we took for Christmas today a try. Colton was fairly cooperative, but his sister had other plans! We are going to have to look for a camera that doesn't flash and then take the actual shot 2-3 sec's after that, it drives me crazy, which in turn drives the kids crazy because Mom just keeps taking more and more pictures trying to get just the right one!

It's going to take a little time to learn this blogging bit so be patient with me:) I promise to get better!

New Place To Stay In Touch

I am starting this blog as a continuation of and a fresh outlook from Hannah's caringbridge site. We will continue to update there, although ideally even less frequently than I have been. Which gleefully has not been much lately. Mostly, I want to post more pictures and probably ramble quite a bit about our adorable kids without feeling like I have to give a "medical/therapeutic/etc" update. So here are a couple of pictures from pumpkin picking, carving and of course Halloween...Enjoy!
